This retreat offers a sacred space to surrender the search for self-improvement and open to the truth of who you are.
Through heartfelt and honest self-inquiry with true support from Lisa, there is the possibility to dissolve old narratives, ideas and ideals and rest in the ever-present love that is your true nature.
This is an invitation to stop, to be still, and to recognize the boundless presence that has always been here, meeting yourself fully in the embrace of love.
We will begin each meeting with silence, followed by sharing our realizations and questions. There will be an exercise in triads or dyads that will help give you deeper insight for your awakening. All are welcome to this retreat.
