So often, we search for love, belonging, and safety in the world around us — in others’ approval, in relationships, in achievement. Yet the love we long for has always lived quietly within us.
This retreat is an invitation to return home — to trust your own heart as the steady ground beneath your life. Guided by Lisa’s warm and honest approach, you’ll be supported to gently turn inward, to meet yourself with compassion, and to reconnect with the love that has never been lost.
As old patterns of seeking fall away, a deepening sense of self-knowledge and sovereignty takes root — a way of meeting the world from wholeness rather than need. This is not about striving to be better, but remembering the integrity of love that you already are.
What to expect
We will begin each meeting with silence, followed by sharing our realizations and questions. There will also be exercises in pairs that will help give you deeper insight for your awakening. Each meeting is approx. 90 mins.
Meet Lisa
For over 30 years, Lisa has been a devoted student of Gangaji—whose invitation in 2005 led her to begin offering Satsang around the world. Rooted in the respected lineage of Ramana Maharshi, Papaji, and Gangaji, Lisa shares the invitation to stop, be still, and discover what is already whole and complete within you.
What is Satsang?
Satsang is a sacred meeting in truth, with the intention of exploring your
true nature. In this safe space, 
you have the opportunity to see what within you is already whole, free, and at peace.
Through simple yet profound inquiry, old patterns can begin to dissolve. What remains is the natural love and calm of your being.
Many people discover that this inner peace brings greater clarity, calm, and compassion into everyday life—whether at work, in relationships, or most importantly, within themselves.

Note on attendance: For the benefit of the group and the depth of the retreat, full attendance is required. This means participants are asked to arrive on time, remain for the entire retreat, and attend all required sessions.
