During our meetings together, Lisa will support you with deep stillness and skillful self-inquiry to open to your true nature, leaving behind the illusion of a separate self. During the duration of the retreat, you may rest in silence and disengage from non-essential conversation if you wish. This is deeply nourishing.
Each meeting will last about 1.5hours. We will begin each meeting sitting in silence.
