Love is the most powerful force in the universe—but how do we truly discover it? By being quiet.
This retreat is an invitation to pause with intention, to notice how you move in the world, and to tell the truth about the consequences of that movement. If you look closely, you may see that every action, whether positive or negative, creates a cycle—one that demands more movement, more doing, yet never brings lasting fulfillment. It keeps you bound.
The way forward is not through effort, but through stillness. In stopping, you may recognize what has been present all along—calling you home. From this place of deep presence, Love moves through you. Love is trustworthy. Love dissolves attachments and reveals your true essence—Love itself.
To let Love lead your life is right action. You become more conscious and rooted in stillness as you pay attention to the tone of your heart. This is how we can meet the world, with presence and Heart.
