What cannot be lost? You are invited to inquire into the core of what is free from the very human need to have and to keep. Inquiry is the means by which you can make good use of the teaching that your life is reflecting to you now. The possibility is to discover that who you are is already free and filled with love.
In this retreat with Lisa, we will have three meetings a day that include self inquiry, exercises in breakout groups and videos. During this weekend you are encouraged to go into full retreat, creating a sacred space for yourself while you attend where there is minimal distraction. If you have children, they are welcome to attend the silent sitting at the beginning of each meeting, (approximately 10 minutes.)
