Why is it that strategies of avoidance reappear again and again with the accompanying emotional distress of fear, hurt or anger? In this Weekend of Inquiry with Lisa, we will look into the unexamined strategies of mind which are the root cause of self-betrayal. Using the techniques of self inquiry taught in the Leela School, you will find support for seeing through the illusion of a separate someone who needs to be fixed, revealing your essence.
All that is needed is 100% willingness!
