“Yes to Life” is an invitation to rest in the truth of who you are — the boundless presence of love that has always been here.
In Lisa’s gentle and steady guidance, you are welcomed to lay down the search for self-improvement and meet yourself fully in the embrace of love.
Through honest self-inquiry, reflection, and stillness, the stories of not being or doing enough can gently dissolve. What remains is peace, clarity, and a deep reconnection with life — a wholehearted yes to the wholeness already within. A joy that doesn’t depend on circumstances
Meeting format
We will begin each meeting with silence, followed by sharing our realizations and questions. There may be exercises in pairs that will help give you deeper insight for your awakening. Each meeting is approx. 90 mins.
Meet Lisa
For over 30 years, Lisa has been a devoted student of Gangaji—whose invitation in 2005 led her to begin offering Satsang around the world. Rooted in the respected lineage of Ramana Maharshi, Papaji, and Gangaji, Lisa shares the invitation to stop, be still, and discover what is already whole and complete within you.
Satsang is a sacred meeting in truth, with the intention of exploring your
true nature. In this safe space, 
you have the opportunity to see what within you is already whole, free, and at peace.
Through simple yet profound inquiry, old patterns can begin to dissolve. What remains is the natural love and calm of your being.
Many people discover that this inner peace brings greater clarity, calm, and compassion into everyday life—whether at work, in relationships, or most importantly, within themselves
